WHAT MAKES OUR CLASSES SO SPECIAL?

Musickids classes are a FUN way to introduce MUSIC into the HEART of any child!  Children will love to join Ms. Lolly with all her HANDS-ON musical activities!  Including:

  • Rhythm, Singing, & Movement!
  • Finger-plays, Stories, & Puppet Shows!
  • Games, Large Group Activities, & Parachutes!
  • Manipulatives:  Beanbags, Balls, Scarves, Cars, Dolls, Flashlights, and sooo much more!!
  • And don't forget INSTRUMENTS!! Lots of them!
THEMATIC STRUCTURE:  In our classes, Ms. Lolly will combine a few familiar tunes with many of her original songs and activities, to create a different fun THEME for EACH WEEK!

WHY MUSIC?
MUSIC STIMULATES THE WHOLE BRAIN!!

All children respond to music!!  Moving to rhythm, singing, hearing sound patterns and rhyming words...  all this stimulates the whole brain, and promotes language development, better retention, aids in the grasping of concepts,  and can help in the development of both cognitive and motor skills. When it comes to building confidence and young developing brains, "Musickids" is a MUST!

  1. Ms. Lolly is simply wonderful. Her welcoming and warm personality really puts both kids and parents at ease. My three-year-old looked forward to singing with Ms. Lolly every week and he loves to sing all the songs he learned.

  2. We absolutely loved our La La Time session that we just finished up. My 4-year-old and active 2-year-old were very engaged and thoroughly enjoyed each class. Ms. Lolly was really great with all the kids in the class and seemed to know just what would interest them. I often hear my kids singing parts of the songs we learned at La La Time, and they looked forward to going to class each week. We are planning on joining in on another class soon or hosting one ourselves!

  3. My 23 month old twins LOVE singing time with Mrs. Lolly! We just finished a 6-week session and we are already gearing up for the next round. Mrs. Lolly came fully prepared each week with a theme and accessories to teach music and movement in a creative and unique way. This is such a fun development time for toddlers; the hand motions and other actions the twins learned while singing actually helped them with their daily communication. Thank you, Mrs. Lolly, for bringing music into our home! See you soon!

  4. We had a great time with our Music and Movement class! I LOVED that Miss Lolly was okay when my 1-year-old wasn't as thoroughly engaged in the singing, but a toy instead, she let's it go. I didn't have to worry about pulling him in to make him do something he didn't want to do. When they changed songs he got interested again and loved it. This didn't happen very often because Miss Lolly is really engaging and loves the kids. We will definitely be doing a class again.

  5. Today was our last class of our 6-week session. We love, LOVE Ms. Lolly!! My kids talk about her randomly during the week. Ms. Lolly always wears pink and a cute matching pink flower so she is a literal icon in our household. The last comment my daughter made about her was "Ms. Lolly is pretty." When we drive in the car listening to toddler music, my kids say "Ms Lolly sings it!" They know all the words and actions, thanks to Ms. Lolly. They have learned letters, numbers, animals, transportation, weather, sign language, sharing... We keep signing up for additional classes :)

  6. We LOVE Ms. Lolly! She is amazing with the children and is always so excited to see the children. Her background as a teacher makes it possible for all children to walk away having learned something. Not only does she go over curriculum such as shapes, colors, and opposites. But how to share, work as a team, and wait their turn. My almost two year old has done 2 sessions and loves it even more every time. She has learned so much, including a love for music. We highly recommend Ms. Lolly to anyone and can't wait to go back!
